Students can access their online courses or online exams by first accessing the Online Student Center, but this page contains ways for students to access their online courses or online exams without accessing the Online Student Center as well.

In August 2019, American School began a partnership with Edmentum to offer online middle school courses for students in grades 6-8 and online high school courses for students in grades 9-12. The information below instructs students how to access their Edmentum courses without going through our Online Student Center.
Accessing Edmentum Courses:
To access your Edmentum account without going through our Student Center, please use the following information to do so:
Edmentum Login Page: https://login.edmentum.com/
Account Login: ASOC
User Name (Plato Name): First name + First letter of your last name + American School Student Number (for example: JohnD1234567)
Password: The same password you use for your Student Center account
To access Edmentum courses as a guest, enter ASOC for Account Login, enter guest for User Name and enter guest for Password.

American School is supporting existing GradPoint courses until July 2020. The information below instructs students how to access their GradPoint courses without going through our Online Student Center.
Accessing GradPoint Courses:
GradPoint Login Page: https://amsd8071-americanschool-pps.v2.gradpoint.com/
Username: First name + First letter of your last name + American School Student Number (for example: JohnD1234567)
Password: The same password you use for your Student Center account (unless you changed your GradPoint password previously)
Please let us know if you experience any problems when accessing your Edmentum or GradPoint account this way.

American School also offers 22 World Language courses through Rosetta Stone. Click the Rosetta Stone link for a list of all our Rosetta Stone course offerings. The information below instructs students how to access their Rosetta Stone courses without going through our Online Student Center.
Accessing Rosetta Stone Courses:
Rosetta Stone Login Page: https://ilamericanschool.rosettastoneclassroom.com.
Username: American School Student Number + dash + 3-letter language code (for example, 1234567-GER)
Password: The same password you use for your Student Center account

Accessing Online Exams for Paper-Based Courses:
Finally, American School offers online exams for many paper-based courses. Before you decide to take online exams for the paper-based courses listed below, read this document, which contains FAQs and important technical information. If you wish to take online exams for some or all of your paper-based courses, send an email to studentservice@americanschool.org. Include your full name, student number, and the names of the course(s) in which you would like to take online exams. Your request will be processed quickly and you will receive more information from us shortly thereafter. Whether you take your exams online or send in the exams printed in your study guide, you will be tested on the same material from your textbook and study guide. However, the online exams will look somewhat different than those in your study guide. Please note that once you have begun to submit your exams online in a course, you may not change back to submitting paper exams in that course. Click here to view a sample of our online exams for paper-based courses. Enter guestpass for the user name and guest1 for the password. Do not click on the “Login as a Guest” button. That will not provide access to the guest courses. Access to online exams in paper-based courses for current students is available by going to the Online Student Center.
